With a loyal customer base and strong brand recognition, Kachava had already proven demand for its product. But to achieve its next level of growth, the company needed to push beyond existing performance plateaus and unlock new scalable, profitable acquisition channels.

Kachava needed to add $1 million in new profitable monthly revenue but it became increasingly difficult to accomplish this goal. Scaling across Google, YouTube, and Meta became very challenging. Increased ad spend started directly to increase new customer CPA, and performance remained flat despite higher spend.

The brand had not launched any new channels contributing to its ambitious goals, and creative production was focused on very high end, studio quality production ads. The creatives looked really good, the opportunity was to balance brand perception with performance.

The deeper challenge wasn’t strategy or tactics—it was talent. Kachava didn’t have enough internal specialized team members or partners needed to unlock new channels. Without the right systems and expertise, it was harder to keep expanding profitably.

Expanding into New Channels

We introduced a new acquisition engine by launching on Native (Taboola and Outbrain). In just 45 days, Kachava scaled from $0 ➝ $67K/day in spend on Native platforms. This scale not only unlocked incremental revenue but also diversified acquisition, reducing dependence on Google and Meta while tapping into a completely new customer base.

Transforming Creative Production

We overhauled Kachava’s ad production process, shifting toward UGC-centric creative. This pivot allowed us to produce high-performing assets faster, refresh fatigued campaigns, and connect with audiences more authentically. The result: Facebook CPAs dropped by up to 20%, proving that creative testing was as powerful a lever as channel expansion.

Implementing Media Buying Systems

To sustain scale, we embedded <span style="color:white;">structured testing and scaling engines</span> across both Meta and Native platforms. With frameworks for creative rotation, budget allocation, and performance benchmarking, the team could systematically test new ads, kill losers quickly, and double down on winners. This systematic approach replaced guesswork with repeatable processes—building confidence in scaling decisions.
