Ad Pros International LLC (“Ad Pros”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a Wyoming-registered marketing agency that builds and runs data-driven growth systems for 8- and 9-figure direct-to-consumer brands. 2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit adpros.com, any sub-domain (including adpros-dev.webflow.io), or interact with us offline. It also describes the rights available to you under:
- US federal laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, COPPA)
- Comprehensive state privacy laws, including California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas TDPSA, and the additional laws taking effect during 2025 in Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland and Tennessee

We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

- Perform and report on advertising or analytics work for clients
- Send marketing communications (with an unsubscribe option)

5. How we share information
- Service providers – secure hosting, email, analytics, payment and CRM platforms under data-processing agreements
- Advertising & analytics partners – Meta, Google, TikTok and similar networks when we place or measure ads (subject to your cookie choices)
- Professional advisers – auditors, lawyers, insurers
- Legal authorities – if required to fulfil legal obligations or defend rights
- We do not sell personal information for money. We may share certain identifiers with ad platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising; you can opt out (see section 8).

8. Opt-out of targeted advertising
To stop us sharing data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural ads:
- Send a request to privacy@adpros.com stating “Do not share my personal information”
- Activate Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser – we honour it where required by law
9. Data security
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, network firewalls, role-based access controls and regular penetration tests. No Internet transmission is 100 % secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out above, to comply with legal, tax or accounting requirements, or as otherwise disclosed to you. When data is no longer required we delete or anonymise it.
11. International transfers
We host data in the United States. When we transfer personal information from the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and implement transfer impact assessments. Transfers of Vietnamese personal data follow NDPP rules, including a Personal Data Processing Impact Assessment where necessary.
12. Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only with consent or where allowed by law. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days to meet CAN-SPAM requirements.
13. Third-party links
Our sites may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. Their own privacy statements govern those interactions.
14. Changes to this policy
We will post any updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted for 30 days. Continued use of our services after changes signals acceptance of the revised policy.
